Refund policy

At Acro Health, our priority is that you feel excited and empowered by the purchase you have made with us. 

Our returns policy exists in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are able to return or exchange goods within 21 days from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are only valid for items that are unused, in the same condition you received them in, within the original packaging and accompanied by adequate proof of purchase such as a receipt or online tax invoice.

Please send all requests for a refund to hello@acrohealth.com.au, listing your reason for return along with your order number or appropriate invoice. We will then be in contact with you to discuss your experience and provide you with instructions on how to return your goods. Any refunds will be given at the discretion of Acro Health.

If you have not received your goods, it is your responsibility to inform Acro Health. Upon notification, we will investigate the circumstances and ensure delivery and receipt of your goods.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refunds received will be solely for the goods in question. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
