Age 67 - last period at 54 - first symptoms at 53

My gynaecologist recommended HRT as I was experiencing physical symptoms but was concerned that I might also experience depression as I was grieving already at the time. When I was 58 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer (in both breasts) and then after all my treatment (Bilateral Mastectomy, Herceptin, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy) I was prescribed Arimidex (which causes Menopause like symptoms). I finished taking Arimidex last year but in the previous 2 years had almost no side effects as I believe my body was accustomed to it. I think in all I have had menopause symptoms for a longer time than most due to the Arimidex.
