Age 52 - Last period at 42 - First symptoms at 47

I had anxiety initially then hot flashes/sweats, joint pain and insomnia. Complicated with Hashimotos disease. My symptoms were treated individually even though I tried to advocate for myself. My girlfriends of a similar age are a great support and source of information.
