Age 51 - last period at 50 - first symptoms at 48

My menopause came at the same time as a recurrence of breast cancer. The biggest toll for me was the mood swings and very uncomfortable hot flushes. Trying to manage the emotional toll of breast cancer and the impact of menopause mood swings really impacted me. I experienced a lot of fatigue and still do but not sure if that was due to the tamoxifen drug or menopause.
