Age 50 - last period at 39 - first symptoms at 38

I started getting symptoms when I was about 37, I first noticed my period was very erratic, wouldn't get it for 2 months then I would get it 3 times in one month, then the sleepless nights started and super itchy dry skin then the mood swings.
