Age 68 - last period at 41 - first symptoms at 54

I had a hysterectomy at 41. My menopause symptoms then started at 54. I was mostly just hot. My face would go red. I hated hot weather more than normal as I was twice as hot. I was always hot in bed, but luckily not waking up in heavy sweat like some.
